• Create and manage your NÜO Card account.
• Verify your identity and authenticate your account.
• Send one-time security and verification codes by SMS.
• Provide and manage your mobile access credentials.
• Maintain the security and proper operation of the service.

Your mobile phone number is used for authentication and security purposes related to your NÜO Card account.

SMS and mobile information

By opting in to SMS authentication, you may receive one-time security and verification codes from NÜO.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use service providers strictly as necessary to operate the authentication and messaging service.

Data retention and security

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable legal obligations and maintain the security of NÜO Card.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
