NÜO Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the NÜO Card service provided by BY TECHDESIGN, S.L. (NÜO Planet).

NÜO Card enables authorised users to manage and use mobile access credentials, including credentials available through Apple Wallet.

Account and authentication

Users must provide accurate information when creating their account and must keep their login credentials secure.

A valid mobile phone number may be required to verify the user’s identity and protect access to the NÜO Card account.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS authentication, you consent to receive SMS messages from NÜO containing one-time security and verification codes related to your NÜO Card account.

Message frequency varies depending on authentication requests.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

NÜO does not use these SMS messages for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of the service

NÜO Card may only be used by authorised users and for the access credentials assigned to them.

Users must not attempt to misuse, copy, manipulate or provide their credentials or account access to unauthorised third parties.

Availability

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend the service when necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
